Jose Pagan
Chief Training Officer
- Served 4 years in the United States Marine Corps (0331).
- A police officer with a western suburban police department for over 20 years.
- Currently a Sergeant assigned as the Afternoon Shift Watch Commander.
- Assigned to the regional SWAT teams for the past 17 years and has served as a police sniper for 16 years. Currently the Sniper Team Leader.
- Certified Firearms Instructor through the IL Law Enforcement Training Standards Board and a State of IL CCL Instructor.
- Currently provides Active Shooter, High Risk Felony Stop, Use of Force and Criminal Law instruction to western suburban law enforcement officers. Is the Field Training Program Coordinator for his police department
- Enjoys military and law enforcement competitive shooting events.
- Has been involved in two on-duty justifiable deadly force incidents.
Joseph “Jarz” Jarzembowski
Instructor
- Currently completing his 9th year in law enforcement at a western suburban police department after transferring from honorably serving the Chicago Police Department as a District Tactical Officer for 5 years.
- State of Illinois Licensed Paramedic Since 2011.
- Illinois Tactical Officer Association Member.
- Certified State of Illinois Law Enforcement Training & Standards Board Firearms instructor.
- State of IL CCL Instructor.
- Graduate of numerous active shooter and advanced firearms courses.
Anthony Blake
Instructor
- Decorated Combat Veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
- Served as a Primary Marksmanship Instructor, training service men and women in the Armed Forces.
- Currently a police officer with a western suburban police department since 2008, including 5 honorable years as a Detective in the Investigations Unit.
- Currently a Range Instructor for the police department.
- FBI & Illinois SWAT Certified, IL State Carbine and Rapid Response Instructor, Field Training Officer.
- Certified Armorer for numerous firearms platforms including pistols, shotguns and rifles.
- NIBIN Forensic Analyst.
- In 2017, he joined the Will County Forest Preserve as a sharpshooter for the Deer Management Program.
- Avid outdoorsman, hunter, sport shooting enthusiast and 2nd Amendment Advocate.
